
We at Кoneкt are implementing the MAMFORCE standard in North Macedonia.
We help companies attract and retain quality staff! We teach them how to value individuality and encourage their employees to be better workers and better people.
This is a new innovative tool for any interested company that wants to upgrade human resource practices in the domain of family responsibility. Thus, companies could join global trends, improve the work atmosphere, make their employees more satisfied and happier individuals, and thereby more productive.
With the MAMFORCE standard, we work on raising awareness about the importance of work-life balance, especially for female employees, so they can advance in their careers without obstacles while being responsible parents at the same time.
We mentor companies to practically implement and ensure gender equality and help their employees to better management of work and family obligations, all in the direction of:

Macedonian companies are showing great interest in applying this standard, and in 2019, within the awards for businesses and individuals from our association, the A1 company received recognition for achieving “Sustainable Development Goals 2019” for the “MAMFORCE” project.
